The Company is owned by two shareholders.
NSSA with 80% equity
LMV Industries Pvt Ltd with 20% equity
The relationship is operationalized through a Special Purpose Vehicle (Woodlands Farm Pvt Ltd)
Purpose of company in relation to economy
The recent discovery of resources such as gas, oil, uranium, coal, and underground water, augur well for the country's future economic performance. The country now has more than 50 supermarket retail stores countrywide (e.g., Ok Mart, TM Pick and Pay hyper, Long Chen, Chopies, Spar, OK, Bon Marche, N. Richards, Metro Peach, Mahomed Musa, Food World) reflecting increasing demand for retail products from an ever increasing middle class population.
Goat meat and its products are becoming more popular; however the demand of goat meat on the formal market outstrips the supply.
The farm is export oriented with the Middle East being our target international market. We are also targeting Regional & Domestic markets.

Purpose of company in relation to community
Since the ground-breaking in April 2022, Woodlands Farm Pvt Ltd has at its pick employed over 66 casual workers with first preference going to the people in Ward 30, then the surrounding high density suburbs of Mbizo township.
Purpose of company in relation environment etc
The environment was under threat from the uncontrolled degradation caused by illegal artisanal small scale miners who were trenching pits in search for gold nuggets using the metal dictators. However, ever since Woodlands took over the farm we have begun to reclaim most the gullies and trenches that were anthropogenic created by these wanton invaders.
